In parallel, I'm also exploring options for finishing the backside of the hat and incorporating leather sweatbands to achieve a more refined and professional fit and finish.
The carbon fiber cowboy hat is currently offered in a single size: men’s 7 3/8. While we plan to introduce additional sizes in the future, for now, any size adjustments will need to be made using fitment padding. We’re also in the process of adding a leather sweatband to the interior, which will help conceal the padding and enhance overall comfort and fit.
